DISCOVER SANDA
More Than Kickboxing
Sanda is the official full-contact combat sport of Chinese martial arts, combining the striking techniques of kickboxing with sweeps, takedowns and throws. It is an exciting and practical martial art that develops fitness, confidence, coordination and resilience while teaching effective self-defence skills.
At Shaolin Temple Martial Arts & Cultural Centre, students train in Sanda, Kickboxing and Qingda (Light Contact Sanda), providing a structured pathway for children, adults and those wishing to progress into competition.
